We are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and transparently. Please review our shipping policy below.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders from Montréal, Québec, Canada.
As our operations grow, we may also use trusted third-party fulfillment centers located in Canada and the United States to ensure faster delivery and better service.

We currently ship to:

  • All provinces and territories in Canada

  • The United States (except Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories)


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

We also offer:

  • Free shipping in Canada on all orders over $100 CAD (before taxes)

  • Standard shipping rates for orders under this amount

International orders may be subject to additional customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Canada (Standard) 3–7 business days
USA (Standard) 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs inspections.


5. Tracking and Confirmation

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
If you do not receive it within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us at support@cyabeauty.com.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
We’ll work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement if applicable.


7. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
CYA Beauty is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
