We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Personal care, cosmetic, or hygiene products (such as facial brushes, masks, or beauty accessories) cannot be returned if opened or used for sanitary reasons.
Final sale items or products in our “Final Sale” collections are not eligible for returns or refunds.
A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

3. Free Return Shipping

CYA Beauty offers free return shipping within Canada for all eligible items.
If the return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label and instructions by email.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cyabeauty.com with the following :

A short description of the issue, and
Clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will replace the product or issue a full refund according to your preference.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
